Conditions for Safe Use WARNINGS For Conditions for Safe Use of the xendos 1800/1900 analysers please refer to the QuickStart manual supplied with the analyser. Verify that connections are leak free at full operating pressure before applying sample or calibration gases as these gases may be toxic or asphyxiant. Consideration should be given to the toxicity, corrosiveness and asphyxiant nature of the sample and enclosure purging gas when selecting a vent location. The Model 1162 Wet Gas Sampling System comprises of a water filled bubbler, a filter with a replaceable element, a flow control valve to control the flow as detailed in Figure 1. The Model 1162 Wet Gas Sampling System is set up in the following way:- Fill the bubbler bowl with water, using the filling port on the top plate, until it has reached the level of the drain hole. - Close the flow control valve. - Check that the sample pressure is within the range 2 to 140kPag (0.3 to 20psig). - Open the flow control valve and adjust it so that there is a constant stream of bubbles from the shorter...
