The Hal Combi offers unprecedented value as it contains the four core electrical safety tests required by routine production line testing. Technically the product has isolated floating test outputs making it probably the safest flash/hipot tester on the market. Carefull consideration has been given to the user interface to enable it to be used manually within laboratory, audit and product compliance environments.
