The overload control system A simple solution for overload protection and load optimization Optimization of payload, easy operation and simple installation! The overload control system measures the weight of individual axles or axle groups and can be installed in all trucks with leaf and air suspension. With the help of tilt sensors on the axles with leaf suspension and air pressure sensors on axles with air suspension, the system determines the weight values and displays them permanently on the digital display in the driver‘s cab. This enables the load distribution to be checked quickly.
