PIPE CLAMP TYPE RTD - RT200The RT200 is a high quality constructed RTD / Thermocouple with a pipe clamp connection.BENEFITS • Non intrusive design for measurement on pipe applications • Integrated temperature assemblies provide time and cost savings • Can be used in rough, corrosive and high vibration applications • Removable sensor allows for calibration without causing any disruption to the process Each probe consists of a temperature sensor, a terminal head, and a pipe clamp connection. The non-intrusive nature of the sensor does not interfere with internal cleaning of the pipes, saving installation time and costs. The Pipe Clamp Type RTD / Thermocouple has a spring loaded sensor design that ensures constant contact with the pipe surface without welding or penetrating the pipe while allowing for pipe expansion. Temperature probes may be assembled on request with temperature transmitters directly mounted into the connection head or remote. • analogue 4-20mA output • digital output “HART”® or “PROFIBUS” ® • various pipe size connections available • lag extension • various terminal head types 1. Terminal heads: Internal terminal board is used for every version if a internal temperature transmitter is not mounted. Standard Head for ambient temperatures from 0 to + 200°C.
