LAPRISS = Laser Processing Robot Integrated System Solution Eine Laser System Losung ohne Schnittstellen von Panasonic Panasonic bietet eine Laser SchweiRprozesslosung auf Basis bewahrter und optimal aufeinander abgestimmter neuer Produkte an. Der Prozess ist einfach uber die integrierte Laser Navigation zu programmieren. LAPRISS nutzt seine Servo-Steuerungs-Technologie zur Steuerung des Laserstrahl und zur Generierung verschiedener Strahl-/Nahtfunktionen der Laseroptik. Dieser technologische Vorteil fuhrt dazu, dass die Laseroptik extrem kompakt gestaltet ist und ein geringes Gewicht von nur 4 Kg hat. Somit lasst sich die Laseroptik an den kompakten Panasonic Roboter mit einer Nutzlast von nur 6kg adaptieren. Aufgrund der optimierten mechanischen Architektur der neuen Panasonic TM Roboter Serie wurde das LAPRISS System mit dem Panasonic TM-1400G3 Roboter verbunden. Hierdurch konnte ein Gesamtsystem mit einzigartiger Kompaktheit zusammengestellt werden. Die TM Roboter Serie wird auch im Bereich der MIG/MAG/WIG SchweilJanwendungen erfolgreich von Kunden der Automobil und allgemeinen Industrie eingesetzt. Simple to program by the on board Laser Navigation. LAPRISS uses the Panasonic servo control technology for controlling the laser trepanning head to generate several welding pattern and beam functions. This technological advantage makes the laser head extremely compact and light weight with a payload weight of only 4Kg . An advantage of this low weight is to allow the laser head to be mounted to the Panasonic TM series which are the high speed and compact robots with a payload of 6 Kg. The result of the combination is a complete Laser system with unique compactness and a seamless interface between the process and automation components. The TM robot series is also well known from the MIG/TIG welding application used by automotive and general Industry.
