Providing minimum clearance between rotor and cylinder wall, realize the fundamentally contactless structure and minimization of sliding parts. Adoption of magnet-coupling, no sliding seal required. • Low generation of dust Lubrication is unnecessary by adoption of the excellent clean vacuum grease for low dust and low volatile. Low dust generation is realized by minimization of sliding parts. Contamination to surrounding area is controlled. • Contribute to environment, and Safe design RoHS compliant and CE marking compliant. (Single-phase 100V with built-in power switch type is not compliant with CE marking.) • Variety of options Not only a pump but also push-in fittings and exhaust cleaners (exhaust mufflers) are prepared.
