COUNTER SYSTEM • Accumulation conveyor belt driven by 3-phase motor frequency controlled. • “Too full” and “too empty” control photocell. • Adjustable mechanical vibrator unit to allow correct stacking of cups. • Helical disk counter unit controlled by servomotor. • Counted stacks removal unit with air flow nozzles positioned on the two side guides. • 6-sector rotating mill to transfer the counted stacks into the infeed conveyor of the packaging machine or into the recovery chute if the packaging machine is stopped.
