Mobile Splicing Center Endless Splicing is Only Four Wheels Away Bring the ability to endless splice right to the conveyor with the Flexco Novitool® Mobile Splicing Center. Our latest innovation provides mobility of endless splicing tools. The Novitool® Mobile Splicing Center eliminates the timewasting hassle of making multiple trips to your maintenance crib or spending precious time gathering up tools, making quick and efficient belt splices possible in one fell swoop. The Pun M™ NDX Mobile Punch and Aero® 325 Splice Press have dedicated locations on the Novitool® Mobile Splicing Center that are clearly identified. Additionally, the Novitool® Mobile Splicing Center stores the power cable, belt templates, pressure plates, replacement blades, extra clamp arms, and room for other hand tools required for endless splicing live roller belts. The Novitool® Mobile Splicing Center also accommodates a coil of belt on the opposite side of the tools. Sliding Drawers: Extra storage is available for belt templates, pressure plates, hand tools, and any other necessary small items. Foot Brakes: Front and rear brakes keep the Novitool® Mobile Splicing Center firmly in place. Comprehensive Design: Specific compartments for Novitool® tools and components that create an organized splicing center. Integrated Forklift Pockets and Optional Tow Handle: Allows workers to lift and pull the Novitool® Mobile Splicing Center.
