L80 EASYBOX L80, rail-mounted linear version. This 4-axis robot moves on a rail for feeding up to 6 machining centres with pallets of 80 kg (including workpiece, fixture/pallet) The production cell can be extended, and the rail system floor can reach 20 m. The number of magazines in an installation is calculated according to the customer’s needs (see page 20) Specially designed pallets are offered for this robot (see page 18)

80 RANGE uLINEAR MAGAZINES These linear magazines are made for the storage of pallets and workpieces loaded and unloaded by our L80 Robot. Standard magazines are made up of 3 levels to store from 12 to 27 pallets. The number of levels can be modified according to the workpiece dimensions. A retention tank can be added to the magazine as an option for cutting oils and chips extraction. The number of magazines depends on customer’s requirements.
