AVR COMPACTVoltage regulator for generators The AVR COMPACT is a new, robust and an easy to use automatic voltage regulator suitable for single and three phase applications. The AVR COMPACT has a separate measuring and power supply input AC. This product is suitable for parallel operations. SYNCHRONIZATION The S-T external control input can be used to control synchronization on Voltage (U=U), by Resistors or potentiometer or 0-10VDC input. CURRENT, VOLTAGE AND FREQUENCY • 0-230-400: Voltage sensing input from 115 to 400VAC. • S1-S2: CT droop in phase V: 0,5 or 1 Amps (5VA). • LH1-LH2: Supply Voltage 100-295VAC (50-100 Hz). CERTIFICATIONS • European Union Directives : EC EMC Directive 2014/30/ EC, EC Machine Directive 89/392/EC. • Low voltage Directive 2015/35/EEC, EN50124 :2001, EN50082-2 :1996, EN 50092-1 :1996, EN61000-4-5: 2014. ELECTRICAL PROTECTIONS • Underspeed : This function on AVR Compact drops the generator voltage relative to drop of the generator frequency. • Overcurrent : The AVR Compact is protected by a 10A time delay fuse in the AVR supply line. This fuse also protect the generator exciter field against damage caused by over-excitation. INPUTS, OUTPUTS • DIP SWITCH inputs: 4 selections: ST control, Sensing voltage, I action and underspeed. • J1 inputs: CT droop selection. Shunt: CT = 1A. No shunt: CT: 0,5A. • S-T inputs: 10Kohms input, or 0-10VDC isolated input. • +/- output: max 35% of V supply input (LH1-LH2) , 12,5 amps, R> 2 ohms.
