SENSOR Description The 664F(c) pressure sensors provide outstanding thermal stability and high accuracy, which is based on the BCM high-quality metal foil strain gauge. The sensor features all welded structure so there is no O-ring seal inside the sensor body. This model has inner-cavity structure which is suitable for pressure measurement of gases or dilute fluids. The sensor has its process connection and electronics housing connection with threads. The entire sensor body is made from stainless steel and is weldable in order to give more possibility for connection ways.
