16 To compensate for the varying operating conditions found in many processes, turboexpanders must be capable of efficient off-design performance. Atlas Copco Gas and Process turboexpanders use adjustable inlet nozzles engineered to produce optimum flow patterns, and to provide precise, continuous control between 10% and 150% of design flow.
