Product Information ProLine table-top testing machines Z005 up to Z100 PI 375 2.0211 Range of application The ProLine range of testing machines are designed primarily for standardized testing of materials and components. In combination with the intuitive software testXpert® II, ProLine machines are quick and very easy to operate. Advantages/Characteristics • High value, twin column load frame with precise crosshead guidance via steel columns • Designed, developed and manufactured in Germany according to the highest quality standards guarantees robust and durable operation • Zwick drive systems can be regularly used at maximum speed and 110% of maximum load • Zwick digitally controlled drive systems can be cycled continuously up to full load and full speed without any waiting time between tests • ProLine machines use patented Xforce load cells which are designed and manufactured by Zwick to offer an expanded force measurement range and extremely high resistance to overloads and offset loading • The ProLine uses a digital controller, testControl, which is vertically mounted on the machine frame to prevent ingress of liquids, and conductive particles from test specimens coming into contact with the electronic systems • Data sampling rate 320 kHz and 100 Hz data acquisition rate at the PC. Load and strain channels are fully synchronized • Zwick‘s safety concept ensures that your operators are safe. All relevant standards are fully complied with • The ProLine operates with standard PCs or laptops as it requires no special interface cards • A high standard of comfort and user ergonomics is created in synergy with the test software testXpert® II • Optional combined with a touch-PC with voice prompts, which is directly mounted on the machine and can be adjusted individually, testXpert® II has an efficient and ergonomic navigation - especially for simple applications a significant assistance • ProLine products are available with only 2 week delivery when ordered with standard components
