Range of Application
The new-generation spring-testing instruments are designed for use in production lines, design, and development. They are suitable for testing compression springs and components, including very small springs used in miniaturized mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies. The PrecisionLine Automatic, equipped with the testControl measurement and control system and testXpert® II software, is ideal for precision testing. Standard interfaces allow the connection of additional measuring devices.

Product Information
PrecisionLine Automatic testing machines are designed for low loads. The load frame has a stroke of 70 mm and a maximum testing area of 140 mm. The machine weighs 33 kg and conforms to ISO 9000 and CE standards. It operates within an ambient temperature range of +10 to +35 °C and air humidity of 20 to 90%.
Measurement and Control Electronics
  • Force measurement is Grade 0.5/1 according to various standards.
