JUICETECH | MULTI-FRUIT EXTRACTION We use the Zumex ZPD500 Depulper for all stone fruit as a stage prior to pulp pressing. It is the easiest way to separate the pulp from the stones of fruit such as peaches, plums, apricots and cherries. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS PERFORATED CYLINDER The fruit enters a perforated cylinder* with adjustable slope, driven by a screw conveyor, with three paddles that press the fruit against the cylinder perforations. The raw juice and pulp are collected outside the filtering cylinder, and the stones remain on the inside. These are later discharged through an independent output. *Available with different meshes for a wide range of fruit. Pressure System: it separates the pulp from peach, plum, apricot and cherry stones.
