CITRUS JUICE EXTRACTOR PJE The quality and control features provided by the cup extraction principle and the built-in “prefinisher”system make the Zumex PJE citrus juice extractor the citrus juice production industry's favourite. It is designed for productions of up to 500 pieces of fruit per machine and minute of oranges, tangerines, limes and grapefruit. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Diameter Fruit It comes with five 3” or 4” (according to order) cups with a processing speed of 100 impulses per minute. Its Premium System components reduce the amount of oil in the juice and increase the yield of the kilos of juice per fruit processed. It is also available in 23/s" and 4 1/4" cups depending on the size of the fruit to be processed. The Premium System, which Zumex offers as standard, uses especially designed components to reduce the essential oil levels and finally, the bitter components in the juice. If has a stop-start safety system based on machine protections opening, as well as cleaning by water injection. IT SEPARATES AND REGULATES Specifically designed to separate the bagasse juice, peel and essential oil emulsion to reduce the oil levels and hesperidin in juice.

STRUCTURE AND FINISHES Frame and contact areas with fruit and juice are made entirely of AISI316 and AISI304 stainless steel, with food grade polyamide protections. Both the sliding shafts of the upper beam and the main shaft made of special steel, and the feed guides, universal cams, and cam fingers, are finished and treated with the best materials and processes.
