Technical Datasheet Panex® 30 Knit Fabric (KF07) Low-Oxidation Knitted Carbon Fabric Description Panex® 30 Low-Oxidation Knitted Carbon Fabric is high modulus fiber fabric made from spun yarn. The fabric has a jersey knit construction, which will conform to multiple curvatures. Thermal oxidative and dimensional stabilities are attained during heat treatment. Applications of Panex® 30 Knitted Fabric include thermal protection systems, such as, heat shields, rocket nozzles, and carbon/carbon brakes. Core Support pads (12” x 12” x 3.43” diameter center hole) shall be placed on each end of the roll and the roll placed in a 12” x 12” x 25” double wall card board box for protection during handling, shipping, and storage.
