Surimi Process When traditional surimi processing removes some watersoluble components in the surimi, it also removes some valuable insoluble components, resulting in a decrease in surimi yield. The centrifuge can recover 60-95% of the suspended solids in the surimi processing washing water and reduce the average dehydration loss by about 50%. Therefore, compared with traditional surimi processing, the advantages of centrifuges are becoming more and more obvious.
