Brewhouse parts ■ MASH KETTLE The gentle and homogeneous maintenance of the mash is ensured by a special mixing unit resulting in a better heat transfer and heat distribution throughout the mash. The heating of the mash is provided by steam through special pillow-constructed heating surfaces, separately on the surface of cylinder and on the surface of the cone. The glass manhole allows visual inspection of the processes in the mash kettle without opening and interrupting it. Brewhouse parts ■ LAUTER TUN The specially designed structure of the rakes ensures that the compacted grain is moved so the mashing water can effectively “leach” the useful extract sticked to the grain. Through the vertical sight glass on the cylinder, you can continuously control the amount and the layering of the mash during filtration. Brewhouse parts ■ ZIP BREW KETTLE The main goals of the wort boiling process is the sterilisation of the mash, the destruction of the enzyme activity, the increase of color (caramelisation) and the protection of beer from oxidation. ZIP Brew kettle has a two zone heating jacket for the uniform heating. Preheating is carried out through the heating jacket of the kettle, while the intensive boiling is made by the inner boiler.
