ZDSP—2A programmable stepper motor controller with 1/16 microstep resolution
The ZDSP—2A is a programmable stepper motor controller with a microstep resolution of up to 1/16 step. It operates within a voltage range of 11-30Vdc and an adjustable current range of 0-2A. The device supports full, half, quarter, and 1/16 microstep resolutions.
Protection Features:
The controller includes overcurrent, overheat, and reverse polarity protection to ensure safe operation.
Control and Feedback:
It features onboard speed control via a 23-turn potentiometer with 10-bit resolution. The speed resolution is 24-bit, allowing for fine speed accuracy with 16,777,215 total speeds available. Encoder feedback and closed-loop feedback are supported.
Inputs and Outputs:
The device includes 5 digital IOs and 1 analogue IO. It supports communication through 0-5V analogue input, digital inputs, external hardware, UART, and UART over RS232 (with an RS485 plugin board).
Environmental Conditions:
The operating ambient temperature is 0~+50°C, with a conservation temperature range of -20~+70°C. The operating ambient humidity is 35~85% RH, and conservation humidity is 10~90% RH, both without condensation.
