The impeller of the sine pump is made of stainless steel and is shaped like a sine wave. The pump house and slide rail are also constructed from stainless steel (W.No.1.4571). The control panel is designed with different materials to separate the suction and extraction mouths, ensuring exit pressure. Depending on the feeding medium, lines are made from materials such as polyamide, PEEK, or stainless steel.
- Model TS-SP-1": Displacement per rotation is 0.06 L, inlet and outlet diameter is 1 inch (25 mm), RPM range is 50-1000, flow rate is 180-3600 L/H, electrical power is 1.5 KW (2 HP).
- Model TS-SP-2": Displacement per rotation is 0.11 L, inlet and outlet diameter is 2 inches (51 mm), RPM range is 50-1000, flow rate is 330-6600 L/H, electrical power is 2.2 KW (3 HP).
- Model TS-SP-2.5": Displacement per rotation is 0.28 L, inlet and outlet diameter is 2.5 inches (63 mm), RPM range is 50-600, flow rate is 840-11800 L/H, electrical power is 3 KW (4 HP).
- Model TS-SP-3": Displacement per rotation is 0.45 L, inlet and outlet diameter is 3 inches (76 mm), RPM range is 50-600, flow rate is 1350-16200 L/H, electrical power is 4 KW (5 HP).
- Model TS-SP-3.5": Displacement per rotation is 0.75 L, inlet and outlet diameter is 3.5 inches (89 mm), RPM range is 50-600, flow rate is 2250-27000 L/H, electrical power is 5.5 KW (7 HP).
- Model TS-SP-4": Displacement per rotation is 1.05 L, inlet and outlet diameter is 4 inches (102 mm), RPM range is 50-600, flow rate is 3150-37800 L/H, electrical power is 7.5 KW (10 HP).
- Model TS-SP-6": Displacement per rotation is 2.5 L, inlet and outlet diameter is 6 inches (152 mm), RPM range is 50-600, flow rate is 7500-90000 L/H, electrical power is 15 KW (20 HP).
The pump offers various interface forms including hoop, thread, and flange, with selectable entrance and exit connection directions.
