Features The TRL - H shear pump can be perfectly applied to the production of milk, syrup, pudding, sauces, ice - cream, sugar products and salad dressings. This series of pumps is designed for stirring, emulsifying, dispersing, dissolving and homogenizing. Compared with traditional agitators, the TRL -H shear pump can work quickly and efficiently due to its specially designed impeller, saving 90% of the time. The materials of all parts in contact with the materials (pump head and hopper) are SS316/304. It can be fully cleaned - in - place (CIP), thus saving the time wasted during shutdown for manual cleaning. It also avoids the risk of equipment damage caused by clean - out - of - place (COP). It has a small size, heavy - duty load, large processing capacity, and is in line with the current technological development level. The processing capacity can be up to 40m3/hr. Advantages Enormous savings in time Suitable for extremely varied batch sizes Low noise, stable operation For applications where low stress on products is importantEasy to clean: CIP/SIP or manualSimple maintenance Different sealing materials. Impellers with excellent suction capacity ensure that tasks are optimally realised during homogenising and emulsifying. mmMain Parameter Model TRL-H3m4 :m=Fm> ^TRL-H with hopper: for mixing sugar, flour, salts, spices, etc.powder with liquid.
