Specifications
The WEIYE Vertical Bandsaw is designed for cutting various materials such as steel slabs, blocks, plates, billets, and tubes. It is applicable in industries including steel trade, mining, forging, aerospace, shipbuilding, hydroelectric, tool and mould making, mechanical engineering, metal/steel construction, and automotive supply.

Models and Capacities
Two models are specified: GY5340-150-40 and GY5340-200-50. Both models have a height capacity of 400 mm, with travel capacities of 1500 mm and 2000 mm, respectively. The throat depth is 400 mm for the first model and 500 mm for the second. The speed ranges from 20 to 80 m/min for the first model and 20 to 100 m/min for the second, both using an inverter. The blade size for both models is 34*1.1 mm.

Motor Specifications
The main motor power is 3 KW for the GY5340-150-40 model and 4 KW for the GY5340-200-50 model. The hydraulic motor power is 0.42 KW and 0.75 KW, respectively, while the coolant motor power is 0.09 KW for both models.

Standard Accessories
The bandsaw comes with a manual band tensioner, band breakage detector, movable saw frame, platen, and a tools kit.

Optional Accessories
Optional features include a top vice, hydraulic band tensioner, helical gear reducer, hydraulic vice, hydraulic material lifter, chip scraper conveyor, CE standard protection device, power conveyor, spray mist cooling system (MQL unit), saw frame servo control system, and automatic infeed and outfeed system. Additionally, NC/PC control systems are available.
