Specifications
The WEIYE Vertical Bandsaw is a versatile, automatic bandsaw designed for bi-directional cutting of various materials such as casting risers, blocks, and billets. It is suitable for use in industries including steel trade, mining, forging, aerospace, shipbuilding, hydroelectric, tool and mould making, mechanical engineering, metal/steel construction, and the automotive supply industry.

Models and Capacities
Two models are available: GY5365/150 and GY53100/250. The GY5365/150 has a height capacity of 650 mm and a throat depth of 1500 mm, while the GY53100/250 offers a height capacity of 1000 mm and a throat depth of 2500 mm. Both models have a travel capacity of 450 mm and a speed range of 20 to 100 m/min, controlled by an inverter. The saw blade dimensions are 41 mm by 1.3 mm.

Motor Specifications
The main motor power is 3 KW for the GY5365/150 and 4 KW for the GY53100/250. Both models include a 3 KW hydraulic motor and a 0.24 KW coolant motor.

Standard Accessories
The bandsaw comes equipped with a hydraulic band tensioner, helical gear reducer, band breakage detector, bi-directional movable saw frame, platen, and a tools kit.

Optional Accessories
Optional accessories include a variable vice, chip scraper conveyor, CE standard protection device, idle conveyor, power conveyor, saw frame servo control unit, saw frame swiveling control unit, servo feeder, and a band deviation check device.
