Overview
The GREEN GUARD system is designed to capture, control, and monitor fugitive emissions from Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) to improve environmental conditions and reduce costs. It includes a Vapor Processor and a Control Panel, with an optional Remote Monitoring Service (RMS) available.

System Operation
The system continuously monitors UST pressure. When pressure exceeds +500Pa, the Control Panel activates the Vapor Processor. The processor compresses the hydrocarbon vapors/air mixture, which is then cooled, condensing some vapors into liquid gasoline. This liquid is returned to the UST. Remaining vapors pass through a membrane module, separating oil and gas, which are returned to the UST, while clean air is released. The cycle continues until pressure is below 0Pa.
