CPS7020 Corrugated Gasket
The CPS7020 Corrugated Gasket features a corrugated metal core, typically made of stainless steel or carbon steel, with facings of expanded graphite or PTFE. This design offers superior recovery and compensation performance compared to standard grooved metal gaskets with covering layers.
The gasket is not sensitive to flange roughness, requires a lower bolt load, and has strong integrity, making it easy to install and transport. It is suitable for devices with frequent temperature and pressure fluctuations.
Tested under VOi 2440 conditions at 450°C for 48 hours, the maximum leakage rate is 1.9 x 10⁻⁷ mbar∙L/sec. The gasket's outside diameter ranges from 25 to 4000mm, with a thickness of 2.5 to 6.5mm. It complies with standards GB/T 19066.1-2020 and GB/T19066.2-2020, among others.
Temperature range: -196°C to +650°C. Pressure range: class 150 to class 2500. It is suitable for sealing process pipelines, including those for natural gas, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, and steam, and is also applicable to large heat exchanger gaskets.
