CPS DSG Gasket
The DSG Dual Sealing Gasket is composed of a main sealing ring made from a metal band and non-metal sealing material spirally wound. It includes a toothed inner reinforcement ring coated with non-metal sealing material and an outer ring with a reinforced positioning ring, forming a combined structure.
This gasket is suitable for use in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and power industries, as well as various pipe flange systems. It is particularly effective in harsh conditions involving ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and hydrogen. The gasket operates effectively within a temperature range of -196℃ to 650℃ for steel band with graphite tape in non-oxidizing conditions, and -100℃ to 260℃ for steel band with PTFE. It supports pressure classes from 150 to 2500.
