Dimensions and Weights

The filter is available in nominal diameters DN 10, 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, and 80 with corresponding threaded connections from 3/8" to 3". Dimensions such as length (L), height (H), and width (G) vary accordingly. Weight ranges from approximately 0.3 kg for smaller sizes to over 12 kg for larger sizes with optional ball valve.

Filter Inserts and Hydraulic Characteristics

• Standard filter inserts: F45 (1.00 mm mesh, 45 meshes/cm²) for DN 10-50, F28 (1.25 mm mesh, 28 meshes/cm²) for DN 65-80
• Other mesh sizes available on request: F100 (0.63 mm), F200 (0.50 mm), F300 (0.40 mm), F400 (0.32 mm), F600 (0.25 mm)
• Magnetic inserts available for enhanced filtration

Operating Parameters

The filter supports nominal pressure PN 16 with maximum temperature up to 200°C. The permissible operating pressure decreases slightly with increasing temperature, as per EN-GJL-250 standards. The document includes a graph showing the relationship between pressure and temperature limits.
