The V-Diverter Valve is designed for diverting bulk material flow in pneumatic dense- and dilute-phase conveying systems. Its patented plug design allows for application in any conveying direction.

High dust and pressure tightness with sealing pressing against the housing.
Pressure tight from -1.0 to +6.0 bar (g) gauge.
High reliability with a maintenance-free actuator.
Temperature range from -20°C to +120°C, ambient temperature range -20°C to +40°C.
No additional safety device needed as there are no moving parts outside the valve.
Easy installation in all orientations with integrated cast flanges and supports.
Easy change of complete drive from left to right side.
Visible direction indicator of plug orientation.
Direct control of plug orientation by proximity switches.
All bolts are stainless steel.
Low total weight and diverting angle of 45°.

Available sizes: DN 80 / 100 / 121 / 150 / 185 / 200 / 230 / 250 / 300.
Flange connection dimensions according to DIN 2501 PN 10 or ANSI 150 lbs or client’s standard.
Optional inflatable sealing available.
Special versions available upon request.

Inflatable seal option available.
Various housing and rotary plug materials and coatings available, including hardcoated aluminium and stainless steel lining.
Control pressure options: P1 (> pe 4.5 bar) and P2 (> pe 2.5 bar).
