XIOS offers a range of bed-type machines with table lengths between 3,000 mm and 5,000 mm and widths of 1,000 mm (optionally 1,300 mm). The machine supports longitudinal travel from 3,000 mm to 5,000 mm, cross travel of 1,200 mm (optionally 1,600 mm), and vertical travel of 1,200 mm (optionally 1,600 mm to 2,000 mm). The distance from the table to the spindle nose ranges from 0 to 1,145 mm (optionally 1,545 mm to 1,945 mm).

Performance:
The working feed rate is up to 25,000 mm/min, with a rapid feed rate of 30,000 mm/min. The machine is powered by a 32 kW motor (optionally 40 kW) and features a spindle head speed of 3,000 min-1 (optionally 4,500 to 6,000 min-1).

Accuracy:
According to ISO 230-2: 2006 Annex B Step cycle, the positioning accuracy is 0.008 mm/4000, and the repeatability accuracy is 0.005 mm/4000.

Tool Capacity:
The tool magazine can hold 30 tools, with optional capacities of 40, 60, or 80 tools. The table can support a weight of up to 10,000 kg, and the machine's approximate net weight ranges from 20,000 kg to 32,000 kg.

Accessories:
Available accessories include various heads such as a 45º automatic head with 360,000 positions and 0.001º precision, a 30º head with continuous rotation, and a 30º head with an electrospindle. Additional options include a chip conveyor, a coolant tank with 22 + 5 bar pressure, and complete enclosures with or without a ceiling.
