The TEBAS Bridge Type machine offers a table length ranging from 4,100 mm to 6,100 mm and a width of 2,200 mm, with optional extensions up to 3,000 mm. The distance between columns can be adjusted from 3,000 mm to 4,000 mm. It supports longitudinal travel between 4,000 mm and 6,000 mm, cross travel up to 4,250 mm, and vertical travel up to 1,500 mm. The maximum distance from the table to the spindle nose is 1,765 mm. The machine operates with a working feed rate of up to 45,000 mm/min and a rapid feed rate of 50,000 mm/min. It is powered by a 43 kW motor, with an optional upgrade to 60 kW, and the spindle head speed ranges from 4,500 to 6,000 min-1. Positioning accuracy is 0.008 mm/4000, and repeatability accuracy is 0.005 mm/4000, according to ISO 230-2: 2006 standards. The longitudinal and cross axes are driven by two motors with a rack and pinion system, while the vertical axis uses two ball screws.
Available accessories include various heads such as the Direct Outlet head, "L" shaped head, 45º head with 360,000 positions and 0.001º continuous rotation, and a 30º head with electrospindle. Additional options include a chip conveyor and a coolant tank with 22 + 5 bar pressure.
