HYDRAULIC ELECTROMAGNETS Hydraulic electromagnets from ESA series are suitable for handling iron material, especially scrap aimed at recycling. Designed for being installed as an accessory element, they are normally mounted on excavators or material handling machines. Hydraulic electromagnets are devoid of commands and can be operated by activating the hydraulic flow of the circuit they are connected to, like the rotation circuit of the polyp grab of a handling machine or the hammer line of an excavator. Their being autonomous makes them extremely flexible and compatible with most of the machines working on scrap yards, without having to use special equipment provided with a traditional electromagnet supply system. The entire ESA series is designed to offer high-quality and cutting-edge products. It’s the most complete and strongest version of our hydraulic electromagnets. Besides the predisposition for a quick-coupling, the magnetic plate of the electromagnet features two sets of teeth opposed to each other, whose function is to move the material on the ground and hence ease the recovery of the iron scrap. As with the HEH version, this one is provided with a LED light indicator for constantly monitoring the oil flow, too.
