RFID SAFEY SWITCHES ZANDER AACHEN SAFETY ZCode-PR is a coded tamperproofed safety switch for the use in the machinery and plant engineering. Coding is achieved by using radio frequency (RFID) and magnetic technology, both principles need to be satisfied for the switch to operate safely. These redundant diverse structure provides the highest degree of anti-tamper, virtually impossible to override. In combination with a dual channel safety relay (e.g. ZANDER SR-Series) or a safety controller (e.g. ZANDER Talos®) the switches are selfmonitoring with short-circuit protection. The high specification plastic housings allow the use in almost any environments, including high pressure cleaning following contamination from foreign particles (IP69K). Suitable and certified for the highest safety standards according to EN ISO 138491, 14119 and EN 62061. • RFID- und Magnetic Technology • Compact housing according to industrial standards • 2 NC safety outputs, 1 NO auxiliary output • Connect up to 20 switches to one standard safety relay (e.g. ZANDER SR-Series) or to one safety controller (e.g. ZANDER Talos®). • Up to PL e, Cat. 4 according to EN ISO 13849-1 and SILCL 3 • Ideally suited for applications at rough process-environment, e.g. high resistance against temperature and medias • Maximum anti-tamper protection according to EN ISO 14119 • Wide tolerance to guard misalignment • High operational life without moving or touching part • Fullfilled highest safety requirements • Status LED direct at the switch • Easy connection to a standard safety relay (e.g. ZANDER SR-Series) or to a safety controller (e.g. ZANDER Talos®).
