Z4500 is designed for high productivity with features like low consumption due to an innovative vapor condenser and suitability for multiple shifts without interruption. It includes an automatic visible double flushing system with solvent recycling and an advanced hydraulic system for quick start-up, making it ideal for production lines with long stops. The ergonomic industrial cabinet is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with IP55 protection, suitable for harsh industrial environments.
The printer can handle up to 4 lines of print with character heights ranging from 0.8 to 12 mm. It supports a line speed of up to 320 meters per minute and a print rate of up to 2136 characters per second. It can store 150 messages with up to 255 characters each and offers various font matrices and bold factors. Additional features include simple logo creation, automatic date printing, product counters, and printing in all directions. It supports various barcodes including 2D Datamatrix.
The control unit features a solvent-resistant membrane keyboard and a high-contrast display. It is housed in a stainless steel structure with IP55 protection. The unit supports single start/stop button operation, automatic cleaning, and a vapor recovery system. It offers user-friendly interface options, password protection, and multi-language support.
