The AT xx - model intended to cut tubes and stiff profiles, by assuring a high precision thanks to the moving cutter's head which follows the product motion at the same speed. This mode of cutting is well adapted in particular to the breakable materials which would risk to burst at the time of the cutter impact with any other devices. Stiff welded frame Motion of the trolley by pneumatic device or motorized system synchronized at the extrusion speed of the product. Entry adjustable Guides (2 on side - 1 vertical) - fixed exit guide Tightening of the tube / profiles by machined clamps fitted on pneumatic jack. (profil to specify with order) Measure of length by encoder wheel - length indicator and batch counter. Blade rotation by an asynchronous motor with fixed or variable speed. Machine pre-equipped for the collect of material chip.
