ELDFG Series OBE (On-Board Electronic) type High Response Valve Proportional Electro-Hydraulic Directional and Flow Control Valves ELDFG-01/03 EH Series The Yuken ELDFG-01/03 EH valve range is a closed loop, high response proportional directional and flow control valve with OBE (on board electronics), 2 series line up with a maximum rated flow up to 80 l/min (@⊿P=1MPa). The addition of OBE to the Yuken range of ELDFG valves which with simple servo valve performance levels of high response, high accuracy, reliability, newly developed strong compact solenoids, closed loop control with spool position sensor and differential transformer mean the range can now offer simple operation and user friendliness due to the simplified wiring. Both size valves include a zero lap spool (Spool Type 3C2P) in the range, which is most suitable use as for position control and pressure control. Special Features • Equivalent to simple Servo Valve of Response Characteristics ELDFG-01EH80 Hz/-90°(±25Amplitude) ELDFG-03EH50 Hz/-90°(±25Amplitude) This valve can be interchanged with the simplified servo valve to perform position control and pressure control. • Simple Operation and User-Friendliness With only 24VDC power supply and a command signal input, the valves give a highly accurate and fast operation of your hydraulic system. • Excellent Contamination Resistance The valve provides excellent contamination resistance due to the powerful solenoids, and so reduces problems caused by dirty oil and therefore reduces filtration costs.
