Automated On-Line Analysis By Flownamics and YSI Inc. The Flownamics SEG-FLOW™ 804M coupled with the YSI 2700 SELECT™ Biochemistry Analyzer provides automated on-line analysis. The SEG-FLOW™ draws samples from 1 to 8 bioreactor vessels using the FISP® Cell-free Sampling Probe(s) and delivers each to the YSI 2700, or up to 4 analyzers in all. The SEG-FLOW™ system can provide feed control to each vessel. In the feed control mode, the YSI 2700 sends the measured result back to the SEG-FLOW™ and posts it in the Flow-Web™ software. The system then activates a feed pump (or an existing feed system) based on the measured result and target concentration. There are multiple outputs to report data from each vessel.
