Description
The modified bitumen HDPE reinforced waterproof membrane is made from premium raw materials, reinforced with HDPE film, and finished with PE film on both surfaces. It is designed for buildings subject to deformation and vibration, and environments with acidic and alkaline conditions. The HDPE reinforcement provides excellent compactness, making it suitable for areas with heavy water vapor.

Uses
This membrane is ideal for non-exposed roofs, underground structures of various buildings, parking lots, reservoirs, swimming pools, sewage treatment plants, highways, airports, railways, bridges, and tunnels.

Features
The membrane offers excellent adaptability to deformation and cracks, strong puncture resistance, superior impermeability, cold flexibility, elasticity, and compactness. It also has excellent elongation and recovery properties, anti-corrosion, aging resistance, and is pollution-free and non-toxic.

Product Specifications
The membrane is available with HDPE film reinforcement and modified types such as oxidized, SBR rubber, and polymers. It comes in thicknesses of 3 or 4 mm, a width of 1000 mm, and a length of 10 m, with polyethylene film on both surfaces.

Technical Data
According to the Executive Standard GB18967-2009, the membrane exhibits specific tensile properties, thermal resistance, low temperature flexibility, imperviousness, dimensional stability, and thermal aging characteristics.

Packing
The membrane is available in rolls of 1m x 10m or customized sizes, with approximately 25 rolls per pallet.

Application Instructions
Surface preparation requires clean, smooth, and dry substrates. Priming is necessary before laying the membrane. Adhesion can be achieved using hot melt or cold adhesion methods, with specific overlap requirements. Thorough inspection is required post-application.

Storage
Membranes should be stored in well-ventilated areas, protected from sunlight and rain, with temperature not exceeding 50°C. They should not be stacked more than two levels high, or five levels if packed in cartons. The shelf life is 1 year.

Safety Precautions
Installation should not occur during rain, snow, or heavy winds, and is unsuitable when temperatures are below 0°C. Protective measures are necessary if construction occurs in adverse weather. Safety equipment and fire-fighting tools should be prepared according to regulations.
