5. Critical Information:
  • Temperature and Pressure Limits: Specific temperature and pressure limits for each component are crucial for proper operation and safety.
  • Installation Requirements: Proper installation, including insulation and heating, is necessary to prevent condensation and ensure accurate measurements.
System Overview: The document describes two main systems for gas sampling and analysis: a system with a heating sampling tube and a system with an external primary filter. The heating sampling tube system is used in environments where the ambient temperature is below 0˚C to prevent condensation and freezing, especially when SO2 concentration is below 100 ppm. The system includes a heating filtering probe and a heating sampling tube, with specific installation requirements to maintain temperatures above the acid dew point (150˚C).
System Components:
  • Heating Sampling Tube System: Utilizes Type M1E or M2E filtering probes, with temperature ranges from 150 to 700˚C. The system requires insulation and heating at the sampling point.
  • External Primary Filter System: Suitable for high-temperature sample gases where a maintainable filtering probe cannot be installed. It includes an open-type probe, external drain separator, and primary filter, with temperature ranges from 150 to 1400˚C.
Installation Guidelines: Probes should be mounted with a minimum tilt of 15˚ and positioned as vertically as possible. Insulation and heating are necessary to prevent condensation and ensure accurate sampling.
Specification Requirements: The document outlines the specification requirements for the SG750 Stack Gas Analyzer, including measurement methods and conditions for sample gases (e.g., temperature, pressure, moisture, dust, and corrosive components). Selection criteria for filtering probes and open-type probes based on gas conditions and SO2 concentration are also provided.
Inquiry Form Details: The inquiry form section provides a structured format for customers to specify their requirements, including general information about the company and measurement location, specific measurement requirements, selection of probes and filters based on application needs, and additional options for power supply, output signals, calibration, and environmental conditions.
Recommendations and Restrictions: For SO2 ranges of 500 ppm or more, a system with double external drain separators and an SO3 mist catcher is recommended. NOX converters are advised for specific conditions to reduce interference errors.
Additional Notes: The document emphasizes the importance of specifying requirements accurately to avoid delays in delivery. It includes guidelines for installation conditions, such as avoiding direct sunlight and ensuring minimal vibration.

SG750 Stack Gas Analyzers-1

General Specications Model SG750 Stack Gas Analyzer GENERAL The SG750 Stack Gas Analyzer consists of an infrared gas analyzer, a zirconia oxygen analyzer, and a sampling unit. The SG750 can simultaneously measure up to ve components: sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOX), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2) and oxygen (O2). FEATURES 1. Simultaneously measures up to ve gas components The SG750 uses a combination of an infrared gas analyzer(s) and a dedicated zirconia or paramagnetic oxygen analyzer to simultaneously determine concentrations of up to ve gas components - NOX, SO2, CO, CO2 and O2. 2. Minimizes the effects of interference from other gas components The use of interference compensation in the analyzer virtually eliminates the effects of interference from other gas components. 3.Maintenance can be performed from front side, thus saving the installation space. Unitized structure of the analyzing block and gas sampling module enables better maintenance. 4. Provides a wealth of functions The SG750 provides a variety of standard functions, including reliability-enhancing self-diagnosis, auto matic calibration, correction to O2 values, averaging, high and low limit alarms, and more. 5. Wide dynamic range The SG750 is highly sensitive with a wide dynamic range which can be switched up to 1:25 and which can be changed arbitrarily.
