The PIM 6508 SE is a fully automated PVC profile machining and cutting center. It features automated feeding, carrying, positioning, cutting, and transferring units. The machine can perform operations on all four sides of PVC profiles, including milling, opening key holes, water slots, hinge holes, handle holes, and saw blade cutting. It includes a servo-controlled pneumatic gripper for precise positioning and a horizontal and vertical clamping system for stability during sawing operations. The machine is equipped with a Windows-based PC and a 15.6'' LCD touch screen monitor, offering a user-friendly interface compatible with CAD programs. It supports remote desktop connection for technical support and can integrate with CNC welding, corner cleaning, and screwing machines.

The machine operates at 18,000 RPM with a saw blade diameter of Ø500 mm and a servo-controlled down-cutting saw blade that rotates between 45° and 135°.
