The rotation module is available in five models: R-250, R-500, R-750, R-1000, and R-1500. Each model has different load capacities and maximum moments of inertia. The typical load ranges from 250 kg to 1500 kg, while the maximum load ranges from 500 kg to 2000 kg. The maximum moment of inertia varies from 80 kg·m² to 1800 kg·m². The workpiece diameter at nominal load ranges from 150 mm to 3000 mm.

Drive Unit
The drive unit for each model is a Hollow Shaft Drive, with nominal torque ranging from 370 Nm to 3300 Nm and acceleration torque from 800 Nm to 8160 Nm. The acceleration angle is consistently 30° across all models. Maximum rotational speed varies from 97°/s to 163°/s, and the swivel time for 180° is approximately between 2.0 to 2.8 seconds.

Design and Features
The module features a compact style and modular structure, utilizing precise servo technology. It is a 1-station positioner with a vertical rotary axis, suitable for both basic modular drive and complete module operations. Additional options include electrical feedthroughs, feedthroughs for compressed air and hydraulics, separate welding mass transfer, a stand for mounting robots, and standardized fixture frames.
