Conical Special-shaped Multi-layer Liquid Cooling Component £1 Product Description This component is a lightweight liquid cooling component designed and manufactured to have "four horizontal and five vertical" micro channels on the basis of additive manufacturing technology. Compared with traditional flow channels, its heat exchange area has been increased by more than three times, the thermal control efficiency has been greatly improved, and the temperature uniformity has been significantly enhanced. The liquid-cooled working medium has the characteristics of "low price, low melting point, low viscosity, high specific heat capacity, non-conductivity, and relatively stable chemical properties", which can ensure the radar to work stably for a long time and achieve the thermal balance. Therefore, “even if the liquid leaks it will not cause a short circuit in the radar". The liquid cooling plate is designed with three layers of variable cross-section flow channel, which can effectively destroy the flow boundary layer, greatly improve the liquid turbulence in the channel, and increase the heat transfer efficiency.In terms of workmanship, the one-time high-temperature vacuum brazing technology is adopted for processing and forming, ensuring high reliability and low cost.
