Product Overview
The MTi 600-series includes various models: MTi-610 IMU, MTi-620 VRU, MTi-630 AHRS, MTi-670 GNSS/INS, and MTi-680G RTK-GNSS/INS. All models provide calibrated sensor data with roll/pitch accuracy of 0.2° and yaw accuracy of 1.0°. GNSS capabilities vary, with external GNSS for MTi-670 and internal for MTi-680G. Position and velocity accuracy are 1m/0.05m/s for MTi-670 and 0.05m/0.05m/s for MTi-680G.

System Specifications
The devices operate on an input voltage of 4.5 to 24V and support interfaces such as CAN, RS232, and UART for modules, with rugged versions supporting CAN and RS232. Power consumption is 340 mW for modules and less than 1 W for rugged versions. They offer IP ratings of IP 51 for modules and IP 68 for rugged versions. The operating temperature range is -40 to 85 ºC, with no restrictions on mounting orientation. Casing materials are PC-ABS for modules and aluminum for rugged versions. Built-in self-tests cover gyroscopes, accelerometers, magnetometers, and barometers. The output frequency is 1kHz, with a clock drift of 10 ppm or external reference.

Sensor Specifications
Gyroscopes have a standard full range of ± 2000 º/s with in-run bias stability of 8 º/h. Accelerometers have a range of ± 10 ug with in-run bias stability of 15 µg. Both have a bandwidth of approximately 500 Hz. Magnetometers have a range of +/- 8 G, and barometers range from 300-1250 hPa.

RTK-GNSS Receiver Specifications
The receiver supports 184 channels across multiple satellite systems, including GPS, GLO, GAL, BDS, and QZSS. Horizontal position accuracy is 1.5m CEP for PVT and 0.05m CEP for RTK. Cold start-up time is 24 seconds, with a velocity accuracy of 0.05 m/s at 30 m/s and tracking sensitivity of -167 dBm.
