Solids Dispenser SDB-1RS 01 The bench-top Solids Dispenser SDB-1RS is a automated version of the SDB-1 doser for processing of wellplates. It is operated via touch screen controller which synchronises dosing and moving of the wellplate from position to position. This soluton increases productivity by allowing for “walk-away” time of lab operators. It alleviates tedious repetitive tasks and improves productivity and process quality. Workflow Wellplates are inserted in the carrier. Dispensing process is started from touchscreen controller and can be paused / restarted at each moment. Remote start and integration in workcell enabled. Settings for 24 / 48 / 96 or even custom wellplates and vial racks can be entered. Instant switching between different configurations
