Solids Dispenser SDM-1 01 The manual Solids Dispenser SDM-1 dispenses calibrated volumetric doses (and multiples) of solids in a highly precise and repeatable fashion. The SDM-1 increases lab productivity and at the same time ensures process accuracy. Due to its compact handheld configuration it is easy to integrate in the workflow and alleviates tedious repetitive tasks . SDM-1 can be used to dispense typically from 5 mg up to 300 mg in a single dose (depending on material). Workflow Solids are introduced into the device by attaching standard glass vials containing the powder. Two sizes of these vials are available. Dispensing disks inside device can be swapped for calibration to various dispensing volumes. Manual operation.
