Solids Dispenser SDB-1R 01 The bench-top Solids Dispenser SDB-1R is a automated version of the SDB-1 dispenser for batch processing of a rack of microtubes or vials. The dispenser is operated via touch screen controller which synchronises dispensing and the moving of the vial rack. This soluton increases productivity by allowing for “walk-away” time of lab operators. It alleviated tedious repetitive tasks and improves productivity and process quality. Workflow Tube or vial racks are inserted in the rack. Rack is placed onto the gantry table and registers. Dispensing process is started from touchscreen controller and can be paused / restarted at each moment. Settings for custom racks with number of containers as well as spacing can be entered. Instant switching between different rack configurations
