Under the condition of forced air cooling, it can operate for a long time at 140% of the rated load and is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller with functions such as fault alarm, overtemperature alarm, overtemperature trip. It is connected to a computer through an RS485 serial interface for centralized monitoring and control. Due to the above characteristics, our dry-type transformers are widely used in power transmission and transformation systems, such as hotels, airports, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, residential quarters. And also the environment, such as subways, smelting power plants, ships, offshore drilling platforms and other harsh places. • The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, and the surface of the iron core is sealed with insulating resin paint to prevent moisture and rust, reducing no-load losses, no-load currents, and iron core noise. • The high voltage windings are vacuum pressure cast with filled epoxy resin, greatly reducing the partial discharge and improving the electrical strength of the coil. The inner and outer walls of the winding are filled with glass fiber mesh boards to enhance the mechanical strength of the coil and improve the product's ability to resist sudden short circuits. • The low-voltage winding adopts a foil structure, which solves the problem of axial helix angle during winding and makes the ampere-turns more balanced.
