Gas insulated switchgear Product description Fully sealed and fully insulated gas-filled ring main switchgear is a SF6 gas-insulated metal common box enclosed switchgear. This device can be composed of modules of load switch unit, load switch fuse combination electrical unit, vacuum circuit breaker unit and busbar incoming line unit. It adopts a series of advanced technologies and materials, has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, is less affected by the environment and climate, is small in size, easy to install, easy to operate, maintenance-free, and has flexible combination methods. The clear and intuitive design ensures simple and direct operation. The feeder wiring capacity is large and suitable for a variety of wiring systems. • Integrated three-position load switch, the circuit breaker uses load switch instead of isolating switch, which is safer and more reliable. The fully enclosed design on the primary side provides protection against accidental contact and meets the mechanical interlocking requirements of the five protections. • Fully enclosed design, all 10kV switches and busbar live parts are sealed in a gas box welded from 3mm stainless steel plates. • Equipped with silicone rubber cable plugs, the cable head is fully insulated and sealed, so that the spring energy storage operating mechanism is not affected by external environments such as dust, moisture, and small animals. • Pressure gauge monitors the safe pressure range of SF6 gas in the box. • Economical: maintenance-free, highly reliable, and service life can reach 20 years. • Multiple combinations can be realized, and any combination between units can be realized. • Altitude: not more than 1000m; • If the altitude exceeds 1000m, or the ambient temperature is higher than 40°C , appropriate quota adjustments should be made according to GB6450-1986 standard and relevant regulations. • Installation place: a place without fire, explosion hazard, conductive dust, chemical corrosive gas and severe vibration.
