Product catalog summary
High-Temperature Heating Elements Overview
Our ceramic heating elements are composed of Al2O3 insulation ceramics with an integrated tungsten conductor, capable of operating continuously between 900°C and 1100°C. These elements are ideal for applications requiring temperatures above 750°C, where standard heating cartridges fail, and offer precise, rapid heating due to low thermal mass and efficient hot gas generation through a large heat transfer surface area.

Applications
  • Hot surface igniters for gas, oil, biomass, and pellets
  • Hot air generation
  • Tool heating
  • Melting, welding, soldering, and hot air soldering
  • Heaters for chemical analysis and laboratory equipment
  • Custom heating solutions

Production Technology
The heating elements are produced using High-Temperature Co-Fired Ceramics (HTCC), involving high melting point metal heating materials like tungsten and alumina ceramic substrates. The process includes printing metal heating resistance slurry onto ceramic green bodies, laminating several layers, and firing at high temperatures to form the heating element.

Ceramic Pellet Igniters-1

CERAMIC IGNITER HIGH-TEMPERATURE HEATING ELEMENTS Our ceramic heating elements consist of Al2O3 insulation ceramics with an integrated W conductor, and reach a permanent operation temperature of between 900°C and 1100°C. They are deployed in the following areas 1.Heating applications above 750°C,in which standard heating cartridges would have long since failed. 2.Very precise, rapid heating due to the extremely low thermal mass 3.Efficient hot gas generation through the extremely large heat transfer surface area. Our heater portfolio covers a broad performance spectrum(depending on the desired purpose)and various patented structural forms. In addition to this the heating elements can be designed on an individual customer basis and be equipped with a complete electrical connection technology. Concrete applications: ●Hot surface igniters(ignition of gas,oil ,biomass, pellets) ●Hot air generation ●Tool heating ●Melting/Welting/Soldering/Hot air soldering ●Heaters for chemical analysis and laboratory equipment(eg:min-furnaces,reactors) ●Customer-specific heating solutions Production Technology----High Temperature Co Fired Ceramics (HTCC) HTCC is an acronym for High-temperature co-fired ceramics; HTCC ceramic heating element is made up of high melting point metal heating material such as tungsten, molybdenum or molybdenum – manganese and 92-96% alumina ceramic substrates. The metal heating resistance slurry is printed onto the tape casting ceramic green body according to the design requirement, several layers of ceramic green body are then laminated together and is fired at 1500 ~ 1600 ℃ high temperature, with the aid of 4-8% sintering additive, to form the alumina ceramic heating element.
