Introduction
Customers have expressed a need for an affordable mounting solution suitable for PCBs or drilled holes in steel sheets or plastic housings. Xavitech now offers a ready-to-use solution to meet these demands.

The Solution
The solution utilizes molded parts made from soft TPE material for a pull-through quick mount. It is resistant to aging and operates effectively within a temperature range of -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. By press-fitting two soft holders from each side of the pump, four soft arrow-like pins are created underneath the pump. These pins can be pulled through holes and will expand on the other side of a PCB, creating a lock. Each pin has two arrows, allowing the pump to be mounted at two different levels. At level 1, the pump is elevated by 2.75mm, enabling the placement of electrical components underneath. Excessive parts of the pin underneath the PCB can be trimmed after mounting.
